1. Production & Processing Time

Because we take pride in quality, every item at A250 Brewly is made-to-order (Print-on-Demand). This means your product is printed and crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.

• Standard Processing Time: 2 – 5 business days.

• Peak Season (June - July): During high-demand periods leading up to the 4th of July, processing may take up to 7 business days. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely arrival!

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship all orders from our fulfillment centers within the USA to ensure the fastest delivery.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

4. Shipping Destinations

Currently, A250 Brewly primarily ships within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes).

• International Shipping: We currently offer limited international shipping. Rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.

• If you notice an error, contact us at support@a250brewly.us within 12 hours.

• A250 Brewly is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

A250 Brewly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking information shows your package was lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim or sending a replacement.

At A250 Brewly, we take great pride in the quality of our 2026 Independence Collection. Because our products are custom-printed and made-to-order just for you, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• The return must be due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or damaged print).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper washing.

• Personalized items (if applicable) unless there is a manufacturing error.

• Gift cards.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a printing error, we want to make it right! Please email us at [Insert Your Support Email] within 7 days of delivery with:

1. Your Order Number.

2. Clear photos of the damage or the error. Once verified, we will send out a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Sizing Issues

Because our items are custom-made for the 2026 season, we strongly encourage you to check our Size Guide before ordering.

• If we sent the wrong size (different from what you ordered), we will replace it for free.

• If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us. While we cannot offer free returns for ordering errors, we may offer a one-time discount code to help you get the correct fit.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

• Timeline: Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), A250 Brewly will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement.

• For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
